Alplast is a family-owned enterprise founded in 1992
PDT Alplast is a family-owned enterprise founded in 1992. Over the years, our company has completed various orders from clients of different branches of industry. Furthermore, over 80% of our services are exported to customers from Germany, Sweden, England, Lithuania and Russia.

JWe are tool-manufacturers, offering our customers service of turning, milling, wirecutting, EDM, grinding or deep hole drilling
in a wide range of materials, from aluminum and copper, to steel, stainless and acid-resistant steel, and cast iron at the end.

We specialize in the production of tools for plastics processing, as well as in the production of items from plastics itself.

Since 2001, the work performed by us has been divided into two organizational teams, first of which is P.D.T. Alplast - providing services in the field of machining operations on milling machines and CNC lathes, as well as on older conventional machines. The second team is Alplast Plus which not only deals with the design of injection molds and extrusion dies, but also with the maintenance of these tools and plastics processing in the process of injection and extruding on modern CNC injection machines and CNC extruders.

 

The activity of both teams is conducted on the surface of 5000 m2,
including squares and production halls equipped
with modern and precise machinery and world-class peripherals

Many years of experience in metals and plastics machining, along with modern machinery, measurement, and advanced software such as CAD / CAM systems, provide a basis to the statement that in this field we can rise to any challenge.
